These terms govern your use of Talent Autopilot. By using the service, you agree to them. They are meant to be fair and plainly stated, and during the private beta, honest about what a beta is.
These terms apply between Talent Autopilot and the organisation whose workspace you use. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so. The service is for business use in recruiting; it is not a consumer product.
Talent Autopilot is a recruiting platform: candidate search and ranking with saved scores and AI-generated explanations, side-by-side comparison, project insights, blind screening, pipeline management and the surrounding workspace tools. What the product does today is described accurately on this website; where something is planned rather than built, we say so.
The service is currently in a private, invite-only beta. During the beta: access is free; features may change, appear or be withdrawn as we build; we may onboard, pause or limit workspaces to keep quality high; and no service levels are promised, though we publish incidents openly on the status page. Beta workspaces keep preferential pricing at general availability, as described on the Pricing page.
The beta runs on feedback. If you give us suggestions or report problems, you agree we may use that feedback to improve the product without obligation or attribution. Feedback never includes a licence to your data; that stays yours (see "Your data" below).
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use the access controls the product gives you (roles, SSO, blind-screening policy) to match your own obligations. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access; we will help.
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or bypass its security, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it to process data you have no right to process. Do not use the service to make unlawful, discriminatory hiring decisions; it is built to help you do the opposite.
You retain all rights to the data you bring into the platform. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to operate the service on your behalf. We process candidate data as your processor under a data processing agreement, on your documented instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the candidate data you bring in, and for answering candidates’ rights requests. The product gives you consent records, per-candidate export, and erasure to do that.
The AI features are decision support: they rank, summarise and provide AI-generated explanations. Those explanations can be wrong and are not verified citations. You can review the component scores, candidate profile, approved role requirements, decision records and audit trail, and record a human override. Hiring decisions, especially adverse ones, are yours, made by humans; the product will refuse to automate a rejection. You are responsible for using the AI features in line with the employment and AI laws that apply to you.
We own the service, its software and its design. You own your data. Neither of us gets more than the licence this agreement grants: yours to use the service for your recruiting, ours to run it for you.
Each of us will protect the other’s confidential information (your data and business details, our non-public product and security information) and use it only for this agreement. This survives the end of the agreement.
We work hard to keep the service available, publish status and incidents transparently at /status, and answer support within one business day, Nordic hours. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and during the beta, no uptime commitment applies.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. The service is provided as-is for purposes within its intended use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the service at any time; during the beta you may leave without notice, and we will export or delete your data on request. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable, and may end the beta programme itself with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes are announced to customers before they take effect, and the date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
