How does Talent Autopilot get my candidates?

Bring them in from Flowcase or a CSV export of your current system. TAP indexes everything on meaning as it arrives, no manual tagging required.

Can I trust the fit scores?

A fit score is not proof, and the model is not fully explainable. You can inspect its component scores and AI-generated explanation, compare them with the profile and approved role requirements, and record a human override.

Is my data used to train models?

No. Your candidate data stays yours and is never used to train shared models. See the Security and Privacy pages for detail.

Do you support languages beyond English?

Yes: the product and this site ship in English and Norwegian today, with more locales planned.
