Standard we target
We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which underpins the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act (EAA).
Talent Autopilot is committed to making its candidate-facing surfaces usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement sets out the standard we target, where we stand against it today, and the gaps we are actively working to close. It applies in particular to the public interview-scheduling, candidate-review and application-status portal pages, which fall within the scope of the EU Accessibility Act.
We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which underpins the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act (EAA).
Talent Autopilot is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the candidate-facing experience do not yet fully meet the standard. We are treating the known gaps below as active work, not a settled state.
We are aware of, and remediating, the following: keyboard focus is not consistently visible on every interactive control; text does not yet reflow and scale cleanly at all supported zoom and font-size settings; and some pages are missing the landmark structure and heading order that screen-reader users rely on to navigate. Until these land, some candidates may find parts of the scheduling and review pages harder to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
This website and the candidate-facing pages are audited across six viewport sizes in both light and dark themes, with keyboard passes over the interactive flows. Our build checks block changes that suppress visible keyboard focus, so the most common regression cannot ship silently. Skip links and landmark structure are part of the public site today; extending the same rigour to every product surface is the active work described above.
The focus-visibility, text-scaling and landmark-structure items above are scheduled ahead of the other planned accessibility work, and this statement will be updated with a target completion date once that work is committed. We will revise the date above whenever the status changes rather than leave it stale.
